Note:

please remember the three big rules whenever using this tool to get the best performance and longevity from it.  

1.  Never apply heavy pressure. This will trap the hair against the carpet and not let it be sucked away by the vacuum. Use light pressure and move slowly so that Brush can grab the hair and vacuum it away in one easy step. Heavy pressure will cause friction that will wear down the brush more quickly. 

2.  Always go One Direction not quickly back-and-forth. Going back-and-forth will pull the hair out and push it back in again, slowing the process. 

3.  Use a static neutralizing agent such as glass cleaner 5 seconds before using the tool.  This will neutralize the static hold of the hair to the fabric and also lubricate the brush from a rough Carpet surface. You’ll be surprised how much quicker the hair comes out and how much longer the tool will last
