If you’ve taken your rig off-road, you know the frustration of a slipped alignment. The factory cam tabs on Toyotas are notoriously thin and prone to bending under pressure, leading to poor tire wear and a compromised driving experience. Our Cam Tab Gusset Kit replaces those weak factory tabs with reinforced FTF Products gussets, ensuring your alignment stays locked in no matter how rough the dirt roads get.

  • 8x Alignment Gusset Backings

  • 16x Backing Tabs (Note: These require welding to the backings during assembly)

🛠 Installation & Pairing:

  • 🔥 Welding Required: This is a high-level fabrication part. It requires welding for both the assembly of the gussets and the installation onto the truck frame. We strongly recommend having this installed by a professional off-road fabrication shop.

  • The Perfect Pair: We highly recommend pairing this kit with our Cam Alignment Kit.

  • Order of Operations: If you are planning to install both, start with the gussets first. Strengthening the frame mounting points is the crucial first step before upgrading the adjustment hardware.

  • Note on Alignment: Ensure your local alignment shop is comfortable working with high-clearance/off-road kits. The extra strength of this kit is worth the professional setup time.
