Return Policy

To start a return or exchange please use our Return Portal

If you received an item that does not fit your vehicle by customer error or you're wanting a return based on other factors, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and will be responsible for shipping back to Taco Vinyl. If you disagree with this policy based upon a unique circumstance please let us know. If the item is returned damaged and/or defective in any way there will be additional fees. Please package the item up appropriately so this doesn't happen. Refunds are issued once the item has arrived and been expected. This generally take 2-3 days upon return arrival.

WE DO NOT accept returns on any product that has been installed and/or painted/custom items. Please read item descriptions upon purchasing to avoid this situation. We don't want you to be stuck with an item you won't use so please read specifications. Exclusions apply based upon circumstance deemed by company representative.

Cancellation without cause on products that haven't been shipped after a 24 hour time period will result in a mandatory 10% cancellation fee. ______________________________________________________________________

Claim Policy

To start a claim on damaged or lost items please use our Claim Portal

All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the “Claim” option is selected when submitting your request.

Claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Any item returned in connection with a claim must be returned in its current condition, without being installed, altered, or further modified.

If a third-party shop or installer is applying one of our decals, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the correct product has been received prior to installation. Taco Vinyl is not responsible for installation or labor costs if an incorrect product is installed. If you receive the wrong product, we are more than happy to create an exchange through our portal to ensure you receive the correct item.

Additional damage beyond the original claim issue may impact claim approval or resolution.

All claims are subject to review and approval. Taco Vinyl reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet policy requirements or falls outside acceptable circumstances.
