Shipping & Policies

• Lead Time: Please allow for a 1–5 week lead time. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop.

• Shipping Protection: 🛡️ Highly Recommended. Shipping large grilles is risky. Please add Shipping Protection at checkout. It is a small investment that provides 100% coverage if your order is lost or broken. We cannot cover unprotected orders.

• Cancellations: All sales incur a 10% cancellation fee. Because these are specialized items, all sales are final 24 hours after purchase.
